ABOUT ME
Welcome to my little corner of support for moms, I’m so glad you are here!
I have over 15 years of experience supporting moms, but my real expertise comes from knowing what it is like to be right where you are. As a mother of four, I have faced crushing anxiety during pregnancy and the darkness of postpartum depression. I also adopted and experienced the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with that experience.
Just like you, I longed to feel better not only for myself but for my family too. I wanted to enjoy my pregnancy and motherhood experiences without white-knuckling it. I needed a place to be able to be able to talk about my fears without being judged.
I am passionate about creating that safe space for you. It is okay to acknowledge that you aren’t feeling like your best self right now and need a little extra support.
As a licensed counselor certified in perinatal mental health, I have the expertise needed to help you shift your thinking, develop effective coping strategies, and empower you to embrace your role as the amazing mom you already are. My approach is rooted in neuropsychology and strategies that have been proven to help rewire your anxious thinking patterns.
Together, we can work towards building a more relaxed and joy-filled motherhood experience – one that not only nourishes your emotional well-being but also strengthens your connection with your family. Remember, you don’t have to go through this alone and suffer in silence; I am here to stand by your side every step of the way.

- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): We’ll help you develop strategies to manage hard emotions, live in the present, enhance self-acceptance, and set healthy boundaries in order to thrive as the best version of yourself.
- Christian Counseling: If you are a Christian mom, we will combine the best of mental health practices with Christian principles to provide a therapy experience that is aligned with your values.
